I have been a practitioner in the natural health care field in Brampton for many years. I have studied, been developing, and practicing through a well-rounded spiritual and holistic approach to health and wellness. Presently, I am applying this knowledge through natural health care massage services in a day spa ambiance at the Brampton Yoga Loft and Holistic Centre.

I learned about the properties of plant based essential oils, known as Aromatherapy because I found it fascinating to discover how these pure essence oils contribute their physical and emotional therapeutic benefits. This lead me to complete the Aromatherapy and Holistic Therapist Training and Certification Course in Mississauga, Ontario. As well, I further developed perception of these oils and their effects on the human physiology with Botany, Anatomy, Physiology and Chemistry courses at the Sheridan College Campuses of Oakville and Brampton Ontario. I only use pure organic essential oils in the massage blends because I firmly believe in their beneficial essences. I also work with the universal healing life equilibrium energy (prana), which among other names, is called Reiki, which is inherent in us all. I act as a conduit or vessel in which this healing force comes forth through me to the person requesting it.

I have been involved in a number of holistic health events and workshops, in Brampton and the surrounding communities, sharing personal experience in the area of holistic health. I offer a gentle and nurturing environment to assist each individual with personal wellness.

Other interests include Natural Product Making, Yoga, Meditation, Chakra and Gemstone Healing, Music and Sound Therapy, Herbology, Homeopathy and Nutrition.

I am constantly studying, learning and invoking the wisdom of my soul consciousness to provide therapeutic services with care and integrity. My Brampton massage natural health care practice is more than an occupation, it is an art form of healing expression, with the purest of intention and consideration, to encourage you to achieve peace and soulful wellness.

I believe that we each have the healing power within us and that we merely need to connect with our inner selves to tap into this healing vitality and to allow it to flow.
